With an MA from Queens’ College, Cambridge, Emma began her career at IMG Sports Marketing Group raising sponsorship for the Millennium Dome before leaving to start an AIM listed internet incubator involved in investing and mentoring a number of internet start-up businesses. Emma has created and invested in several businesses. She co-founded the beauty business “Butter London” which now produces and sells make up worldwide whilst developing the systems and growing the funds under management at Oxygen Ventures.

Laura qualified as a solicitor with SJ Berwin an LLB (Honours) Degree from University College London. She joined Emma at Oxygen Ventures in 2004, bringing with her a rigorous approach and an eye for detail. Laura has been a director of a number of AIM listed companies across a variety of sectors. She combines Innovation and creativity with prudence and process and has been instrumental in developing the systems at Oxygen to ensure that the clients benefit from the best possible service.

During a 25 year career in the audit and advisory departments of National accountancy practices he is very familiar with the requirements of compliance regimes under the FCA and Auditing Standards Board. He has been the FD and compliance officer for Oxygen Ventures Limited since 2012 and is CISI qualified.
